Timothy has practiced in all levels of State and Federal Court and has been recognized numerous times for outstanding results and performance. Timothy has served as a mediator and is a Yakima County Judge Pro Tem.

In keeping with his humble beginnings, Timothy has served on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association's Business Section and as the WSBA Agricultural Committee Law Chairperson.
While he continues to maintain an active practice, you will find Tim's other biggest loves taking up the majority of his intermittent free time. He is a doting husband to his wife, Karin, of 40 years, a loving father to three grown children, and the unabashed No. 1 fan of his grandson, Harlan
